Our policies are in place to make sure that the ultimate resolution is fair to both of us. ツ If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we can agree upon an exchange, store credit, or refund.
If I don't hear from you within 3 days of receiving the item, I can no longer accept it. Shipping is free in the USA. For returns, item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it in original condition, carefully packaged, and insured. Refunds will be given when we receive the item in its original condition.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer for returns. We recommend insurance and tracking for return package.
Unfortunately, our vintage and clearance items are not returnable.
